We are seeking a full-time Computer Technician (OPS) to help us provide excellent, responsive support to our faculty and staff.  We are looking for someone with previous professional experience in Windows computer support; audio/visual and classroom support experience is a definite plus.  Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.  As one of our Computer Technicians, the selected candidate will provide first and second level response to user-impacting incidents, handle computer installations, and provide support for the operation of our Distance Learning Studio Classrooms.

The selected candidates will be employed by Florida A&M University, working at FAMU-FSU Engineering (adjacent to Innovation Park). The chosen individuals will be expected to work on-site at the college.
