We are seeking a part-time Classroom Technician (Support Associate) (OPS) – or two – to join us this summer. The selected person(s) will support our efforts in a variety of ways, including involvement in some major projects we have underway over the next few months. Normal duties for this role include greeting customers in our office, helping with computer installations, supporting remote classes, and caring for our computer labs and classrooms. Excellent Customer Service skills are essential; experience with computer or audio/visual support is desired.  This is an excellent role for a student who has solid aptitude for computers and computing, and would like to gain some practical experience in computer support.

The selected candidates will be employed by Florida A&M University, working at FAMU-FSU Engineering (adjacent to Innovation Park). The chosen individuals will be expected to work on-site at the college.
