This intern will play a vital role in ensuring critical system updates are applied and function as expected for employees in the University’s information system, Human Resources. This position will manage testing for employeefacing features and functions. It will include facilitation of testing using existing test scripts, development of new test scripts where applicable. It will also include recording of
results, and documenting and communicating issues found in testing. This intern will work directly with the HR Application Services business analysts to further develop their working knowledge of the system, and report issues discovered. This individual will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills. Main responsibilities include providing status reports on testing results, document the testing process, work with HR Application Services business analysts to report issues encountered to development, and validate any issue resolution.
