Help Desk Position – College of Medicine

The College of Medicine HelpDesk currently has an opening for one fulltime OPS technician.

In addition to technical ability, the *successful* applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills. This individual must also have a keen eye for fine details and a strong work ethic.

Description: Troubleshoots computer hardware for solutions, assists in analysis and developing procedures involving computing. Provides software and hardware support to faculty, staff and students. Assists with administration and support of classrooms, computer lab, library and multimedia equipment. Assists in the configuration and installation of new equipment software and all associate peripherals.
