The Capital Consortium Information Technology Regional Office (CCITRO) with the Florida Department of Health is looking for enthusiastic and talented interns to join our team part-time, focusing on developing, mentoring, promoting, and adopting the Microsoft O365 environment.
As part-time paid interns (state OPS), the selected individuals will play a crucial role in supporting our efforts to enhance the utilization of O365 tools within our organization. Responsibilities will include:
· Contribute to developing and improving business processes using O365 tools, ensuring they align with our customers’ organizational needs and goals.
· Provide guidance and training sessions to users on the effective and efficient utilization of O365 tools, fostering a culture of digital productivity.
· Offer support to colleagues and end-users in adopting O365 tools, addressing queries, and promoting best practices for collaboration.
· Collaborate on new approaches in marketing and communication to create awareness campaigns that promote the benefits of O365 tools and encourage widespread adoption.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
· A passion for technology and innovation.
· Familiarity with Microsoft O365 tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
· Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Position: OPS Customer Engagement Associate Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week (options up to 40) Pay: $22.50 per hour Work Arrangement: Hybrid
