Internship Description:
mctlaw is looking for interns to work with our TechOps team based in Sarasota, FL to be involved in several of our ongoing technology projects and help desk. This internship is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate to gain real-world experience and apply learning from the courses offered at the College of Communication and Information. Duties and responsibilities will include the following:
– Working with end users to address hardware and software-related issues
– Working with our TechOps team to understand how projects are launched and managed through their lifecycle
– Review and respond to tickets submitted through our help desk ticketing system related to training, support issues, and general questions
– Work with Office 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, MacOS, Jamf Pro, email security software, firewalls, DNS, and more.
Qualifications: Must be a full or part-time student enrolled at Florida State University; general office experience is a plus.
