Downs & St. Germain Research is a full-service market research firm located in Tallahassee, Florida. Serving clients since 1981, Downs & St. Germain Research specializes in developing marketing and strategic recommendations from survey results and focus groups.

We work with VISIT FLORIDA and 9 Domestic Marketing Organizations (DMOs) in Florida. Studies include Visitor Tracking, Potential Visitor Research, Branding Research, Event Research, ROI Research, and others. Results of these studies have been used to increase visitation, visitor satisfaction, and marketing effectiveness.

Downs & St. Germain Research is currently seeking motivated students to fill our spring internship positions. As a small, boutique market research firm, we rely on our interns to function as a part of our team.
