Position: Marketing/Brand Strategist Intern (paid internship)

Location: Hybrid position (flexible work environment with some in-office team collaboration and event coverage as needed)

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing/Brand Strategist Intern to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and growth. You will collaborate closely with the creative team to support various campaigns and assist in shaping brand narratives for our diverse client portfolio.

Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the development of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other platforms.
• Collaborate on content creation, including social media graphics, captions, video reels, blog writing, and promotional materials.
• Help track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, offering insights and suggestions for optimization.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for brand growth and positioning.
• Work with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing techniques.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Current enrollment in a marketing, communications, or related program (or recent graduate).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and trends, including social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X) and SEO.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a passion for brand storytelling and content creation.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media platforms, email marketing software).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with strong research and analytical skills.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Preferred Experience:
• Experience with social media management or digital marketing internships.
• Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing trends and digital tools such as SEO, PPC, and Google Analytics.
