Esports Legal News (ELN) is on the hunt for creative and motivated Social Media Interns/Externs to help us grow our online presence and engage our community more effectively. Position: Social Media Manager Intern/Extern
Location: Remote
Commitment: Approximately 1 hour daily
Compensation: This is an unpaid position, ideal for those looking to gain experience and academic credit in social media management, digital marketing, or esports journalism.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers across platforms such as LinkedIn, X (formerly: Twitter), Threads, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging content, including posts, stories, and updates, to highlight the latest esports legal news and developments.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new ideas to enhance our digital footprint.
- Engage with our community by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- A passion for esports and an understanding of the gaming community desired, but not necessary.
- Excellent written communication skills and a creative mindset.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and commit to approximately 1 hour of work daily.
- Students or recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related fields are preferred, but all applicants with a strong interest in esports are encouraged to apply, irrespective of their background.
