- Our Intern program is typically 10-12 weeks (depending on the individual school’s summer schedule); from the end of May/early-June to mid-August. The pay rate for the interns varies, depending on their standing in school, and ranges from $10-$15/hr. for non technical interns and $12-$16/hr. for technical interns.
- This past summer we employed approximately 33 student interns in functions such as Sales, Client Services, Information Technology, Marketing, Human Resources and Manufacturing. Interns are assigned to departments based on studies and career goals. In return they are expected to be a fully participating member of the department including on-the-job training, responsibility for assisting others, and overseeing a project of their own.
- Interns participate in events which include: on and off site training, networking events, interaction with senior leadership, and a final presentation.
- Undergraduate and graduate student applicants are welcome to apply. Preferred majors/concentrations are business, marketing, IT, communications, or a related field. This is an ideal opportunity for those interested in a career in business, marketing, finance or development. High Computer proficiency is required and should include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Minimum GPA requirement is 3.2 or equivalent.
