ITS has a part-time OPS position available in the Microsoft Technologies and Services group.
The Microsoft Technologies and Services (MSTS) team with Information Technology Services (ITS) is hiring a part-time OPS position. This position will support the team with: reviewing and assigning problem tickets to MSTS members; troubleshooting and resolving problems reported to MSTS; completing technical tasks/operations assigned to MSTS; and perform administrative tasks. Preferred experience in Information Technology and Microsoft systems and applications (i.e., Active Directory, Exchange, Sharepoint, Windows Server 2003 / 2008).
Required skills include the ability to: communicate effectively (verbally and in writing); establish and maintain effective relationships; prioritize, organize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously; utilize problem solving skills; apply knowledge of computer software and operating systems.
