Job Description: FINLEY Engineering Group, Inc. is looking for a highly-motivated Social Media Intern to provide social media support to our Marketing Department. Duties include assisting with the design and execution of social media campaigns, creating weekly and monthly social media calendars to promote FINLEY’s work and milestones, assist with creating social media posts for new hires, tracking social media engagement to identify high-performing posts and campaigns for scalability, and support the marketing department in other promotional endeavors.

A successful Social Media Intern candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience with the major social media platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights and Google Analytics
