INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY

SUMMARY
ALCOM Marketing & Advertising is offering an un-paid internship opportunity for one or more drama or communications majors interested in applying their skills to audio and video productions. ALCOM produces audio and video materials for businesses across the United States; a local radio broadcast entitled “Tallahassee Talks with Brien Sörne”, and a variety of subscription-based sales tools. Associates report directly to the Vice President of Sales & Development. Duties include lead generation, sales tracking and conversion, proposal preparation and presentation. Some acting and/or voice-over experience is preferred but not required. Applicants will need to submit an audition reel or be willing to audition at ALCOM’s production studios in Tallahassee, Florida

DUTIES
Interns report directly to Vice President of Sales & Development and Chief Creative Officer, Brien R. Sörne.
Duties primarily consist of the acquisition of performing as a voice actor or on-camera actor.

QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must possess a minimal level of voice and acting ability. Preference will be given to those candidates who have demonstrated this ability in prior productions. A degree of self-motivation and personal work ethic is expected. An interest and ability to collaborate with team members is mandatory.

COMPENSATION
Interns will be un-paid but will have the opportunity to advance during their internship to be included among a list of contracted actors for pay.
