‘Web Guru Wanted’ ZSP is hiring a Web Guru to create a website using a WordPress Template. The site will target future and existing clients by offering industry news, calendar, a proprietary area for each client with set access levels, and more.

ZSP’s Web Guru is responsible for development and design of major and minor Web applications plus internal and external system user tools. This person will design, develop, test and deliver sites, applications and components, ongoing enhancements and defect resolution. The developer must be able to successfully deliver in the requirements stage, design, through production deployment.
Principal Accountabilities
 Operate effectively as a member of the development team and as an individual. Following requests and exercising ‘pushback’ for the best interest of the client or ZSP.
 Responsible to meet expectations and deliverables on time with high quality, and handle for quick turnaround of enhancements and fixes. Plus communicate possible deadline obstacles.
 Responsible for web application and component development, design and development of web pages, graphics, multimedia, GUIs.
 Displays strong creative, technical, analytical, and communication skills for technical and business.
Required Skills:
 Experience developing websites &/or web applications is required.
 Excellent written, creative writing and oral communication skills. MarCom experience a plus.
 Solid navigation and GUI for maximizing usability knowledge.
 Experience in graphics, layout, scripting, programming, as well as development involving compatibility and seamless integration with various technologies is required.
 Front-end & some back-end development experience; VIP experience is seamless integration of front- to back-end functionality.
 Practiced in development of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, Perl, graphics creation w/ Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator; multimedia design w/Flash, ActionScript.
 Familiar w/Java, XML, PHP, MS SQL Server, Windows Server environments.
 Effectively develop a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format, using storyboards and graphic pre-designs as needed.
 Desire to join a collaborative, innovative, flexible and team.
 BS / BA university degree a plus, while Ubber abilities are required.
 Ability to translate English to Spanish and vice versa is a huge plus! Not required.
