Location: Los Angeles, CA

The Creative & Marketing Assistant is part of the Packaging & Sales department and assists the President and VP of the department. The position works closely with both executives and interfaces with the other departments throughout the firm, as well as with firm clients and contacts.

Tasks include scheduling, coordinating submissions to production companies, distributors, assisting or covering other team tasks as needed, being point for Packaging & Sales intake for potential new clients, festival scheduling and notes, and handling the firm’s social media accounts.

Ideal candidates will have flexibility toggling between individual and team-based work, and have a supportive, all-hands on deck attitude, especially when team is preparing for festivals and markets.

Position offers a unique perspective into the entertainment industry and is well-suited for candidates who have an interest in both the creative and business sides of film and TV packaging.
