Brandt is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Go Outdoors recreational licensing projects.  Daily oversight includes working with project management teams to effectively manage issue tracking, updates / releases, system & user management, client communications, quality assurance and testing, and other project related duties including system / user documentation, requirements documentation & analysis, and project planning and reporting.

As a member of the executive management team, the Director of Operations will work with other members of the executive management team to develop and facilitate long-term strategies to increase project management efficiency, improve overall client satisfaction and help to create a productive working environment.  This position will report directly to the CEO and President of the company.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree
5-7 years’ operations management experience
Critical thinking, computer and internet skills, professionalism, strong written and verbal communication skills.
Effective decision making skills
Military leadership and/or technology experience preferred, but not required
Location:
Tallahassee, Florida
