Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Computer Science, MIS, or other appropriate degree and two years of experience; or high school diploma/equivalent and six years of experience. (Note: related post-high school education may substitute for experience at an equivalent rate.)
Demonstrated proficiency in graphic and front-end web development using the following: HTML, CSS, Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash/ActionScript, and JavaScript or comparable technologies.
Confidentiality Policy
This position requires compliance with University confidentiality policies.
Preferred
Experience with the following applications would be helpful but is not required: XML, SQL, ColdFusion, Adobe Captivate, and FLEX.

Responsibilities
The position is lead Graphic Designer/Front-end Web Developer and is responsible for the design, organization, functionality, accessibility, navigation and overall usability of Web products. The incumbent will develop web prototypes and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Flash/ActionScript.
He/she will create graphics, illustrations, animations, and front-end programming for a wide variety of products including print.
