Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, developing, or facilitating the use of visual or electronic media. Determines effective method of delivery to include television, print, radio, or web for the target audience. May write and/or edit materials to include brochures, flyers, and other media. May create graphics, hard copies, and photographs for publications or websites. May proofread or edit manuscripts.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience related to the duties of this position; or a high school diploma and six years’ experience related to the duties of this position.

(Note: a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.)

Experience in designing, developing, or facilitating the use of visual or electronic media.
Experience writing and/or editing materials to include brochures, flyers, and other media.
Experience in creating graphics, hard copies, and photographs for publications or websites.

Other Information

If contacted for an interview you must be prepared to show examples of publications, designs and/or digital media you have created.

Schedule

If not otherwise specified, schedule is M-F, 8-5.

Background Check Requirements

This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check to include fingerprinting.
