Knowledge Curator (Full-Time)
Industry: Non-profit organization specializing in SBA 504 loans
Total Compensation: $60,000 – $93,750* (this includes base salary plus generous IRA contribution of up to 25%), and comprehensive benefits package (see below for details)
Location: Tallahassee, FL (in-office)
Summary of Qualifications:
- At minimum an AA degree (BA in Library Science, History, or related field is preferred)
- Two (2)+ years’ experience with a document & content management system (MediaWiki and SharePoint preferred) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Available to work in-office Monday – Friday, approximately 8:00am – 5:00pm

About this position: We are seeking a methodical, organized, and curious Knowledge Curator to join our team. This position works out of our Tallahassee, FL office and reports to the Corporate Administration team. The Knowledge Curator will handle a variety of tasks associated with recording, preserving, and organizing information that will have long-term business value to the company. Proven successful experience with a document or content management system is essential, as the ideal candidate must be able to create, manage, and train others on accessing this stored data.

Essential Functions of the Knowledge Curator:
- Develop, maintain, and monitor the FFCFC Wiki
- Train employees on using the FFCFC Wiki
- Monitor FFCFC’s physical and virtual archive folders and file new documents in a timely and appropriate fashion
- Perform monthly audit of archived reports to ensure series completion
Requirements
The ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has at minimum an AA degree (BA in Library Sciences, History, or related field preferred)
- Has a high-level of proficiency (2+ years of professional experience) with a document or content management system (i.e. SharePoint, MediaWiki) and the Microsoft Office suite
- Has some experience in technical or business writing
- Is available to work full-time Monday – Friday from approximately 8:00am to 5:00pm in our Tallahassee, FL office
- Can pass a rigorous criminal background check
