IT Security Analyst I @ Black Knight

SUMMARY

The Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security Analyst will be responsible for the application administration of multiple security tools for IAM.  This includes hands on administration of the tools, closely working with the vendors, and in some cases working directly with the end users to troubleshoot when escalated. Evaluates security controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance with the information security program and regulatory requirements; manages security access remediation efforts; and supports internal and external information security related audits. Manages information security tools and procedures to respond to inquiries. Recommends security solutions, advises on systems and application-level security configurations, and investigates/mitigates security risks as required.

LOCATION

Onsite work from our Jacksonville, FL or Atlanta, GA office is required with flexibility to work remote up to two days per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administers and builds security around existing processes for business units across the enterprise
  • Develops and implements security IAM policies and procedures (e.g., user log-on and authentication rules, security tool application procedures
  • Develops the operation strategies around existing security tools through the creation of process documentation and leading knowledge transfer sessions.
  • Responsible for the tracking and monitoring of software viruses application defects and security risks
  • Supports installation, on-going maintenance/support, upgrades, testing, documentation and end-user support for ICE security tools and applications
  • Enforces security policies and procedures by administering and monitoring security profiles; reviews security violation reports; investigates possible security exceptions; and updates, maintains, and documents security controls
  • Work with different teams to define recommendations regarding the direction of the tools and applications.
  • Drive efforts in product evaluations, pilots, and proof of concepts installations.
  • Provides direct support to the business and IT staff for security-related issues
  • Educates IT and the business about security policies and consults on security issues regarding user built/managed systems
  • Represents the security needs of the organization by providing expertise
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • Requires 0 – 3+ years of IT and security work experience
