• Must be enrolled in a Masters of Library Science degree program
• No minimum experience required
• Must be proficient with computers and files; interested in learning new software
• Must be willing to learn new procedures
• Customer service skills
• Verbal and written communication skills 

Preferred Skills:

• Library and/or cataloging experience
• Course or experience is special libraries and/or library administration

Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Catalogues design data and reference materials
• Maintenance of computerized indexes for engineering documents and drawings;
• Assistance with identification and retrieval of design data;
• General reference;
• Occasional packaging of electronic files for transfer to other sites
• Problem solving and organizational skills will be used
• Detailed oriented

Days & Hours: 
Part Time position; Day Shift and hours will vary. Complete work schedule will be discussed with applicant.

Depends on experience.
