Location: Miami, FL
The Junior Research Analyst will report to the strategy department but will work closely with all other departments. This is an entry level position with opportunities to grow and learn about the advertising business. Responsibilities will include managing relationships with research vendors; helping to uncover, gather, analyze, and present relevant insights and findings that will contribute to the creation of superior advertising and creative strategies; provide necessary data and insights to strategists, media, and account services; assist in all phases of research from project design to reporting insights.
Candidate Checklist:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant coursework or experience in research methods or statistics and comfortable discussing basic statistics (e.g., percentages, medians, tests of significance).
- Eager to learn about both quantitative and qualitative research methods in advertising.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experienced and efficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable learning new software interfaces and conventions.
- Able to work both independently and with a team.
- Preferably bilingual: can read, write, understand, and speak English and Spanish.
- Excited to support strategy and creative development for our clients.
