What The Job Entails
Manage all educational content produced for Credit Karma
Support the marketing and product teams in rolling out content for SEO and Engagement
Develop and manage a panel of freelance writers and financial experts to contribute regular content to Credit Karma
Refine and document process for reviewing and editing content
Work with Financial Expert and Director of Communications to develop new content campaigns, based on target audiences and site activity
Work closely with Communications Strategist to determine trends
Set clear goals for the content team, and develop a goal tracking system
Manage the editorial calendar and the article process from inception to publication
Our Ideal Candidate:
BA/BS in Journalism, Communications, English or similar field
Strong writing/editing skills
Knowledge of AP Style
5+ years experience managing online content and a small team of writers/editors
Bonus Points:
Experience in the personal finance/credit editorial space
Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
Stellar Bass or Ukulele player
