Motion Graphic Designer @ Motimatic

Motimatic is seeking an experienced digital graphic designer to create engaging content for social networks including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google, TikTok and YouTube.

We’re building cutting-edge technologies to deploy the best of behavioral science, machine learning, and digital marketing so that more students successfully navigate critical moments throughout their educational journey. We’ve grown 10x in the last 2 years and are in hyper-growth mode.

What you will do:

Collaborate with a small team of writers and designers to produce digital ad content that drives key actions among prospects and students at colleges and universities. You will participate in creative brief sessions and collaborate closely with copywriters to bring innovative design concepts to life.

You are:

  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite ( Specifically After Effects and Photoshop )
  • Minimum 3 years with After Effects design software.
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for social media design trends
  • Excellent collaborator, open to creative critique and input from members of creative team
  • Able to make good design choices based on the intended audience
  • Flexible, comfortable staying agile and responsive to evolving business needs
  • Excellent time management, able to deliver on multiple projects in parallel
  • Lifelong learner, able to take direction and make adjustments quickly

Bonus if you:

  • Have experience working in a social media content agency setting
  • Have experience creating content in higher education for traditional and non-traditional students
  • Have experience creating content for paid advertising on social media platforms
  • Have experience with visual storytelling
  • Have experience mentoring team of designers in design techniques
