CCI Researchers Network at 2025 Research Summit

The College of Communication and Information (CCI) brought faculty, researchers, and campus leaders together for the 2025 CCI Research Summit on Oct. 23 at the FSU Turnbull Conference Center. The daylong event, held from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., showcased interdisciplinary research across communication, information, technology, and health, while emphasizing how scholarship can be translated into real-world impact.

SCSD Hosts FSUs Inaugural Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Program

This summer, Florida State University’s School of Communication and Science Disorders (SCSD) hosted its inaugural six-week Intensive Comprehensive Aphasia Program (ICAP). The program, designed by Dr. Elizabeth Madden and Faculty Clinical Supervisor Ellen Nimmons, focuses on utilizing a new clinical service delivery model to better the communication skills of those with aphasia.
