Naomi Molina–a double FSU College of Communication and Information alumna– was recently appointed associate director of alumni and student engagement for the College of Social Work (CSW). Molina received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Media/Communication Studies from FSU in 2011 and a Master’s Degree in Integrated Marketing Communication in 2012. Since graduation, Molina has worked in a variety of roles including in marketing, fundraising, and event planning. She has been with the CSW since 2021 working as the event & engagement manager.

As the newly appointed associate director of alumni and student engagement, Molina will work as a staff member of the FSU Alumni Association with the College of Social Work as her department. Molina will continue to manage events at the CSW in addition to working closely with FSU University Advancement to develop strategic alumni engagement plans. “I am most excited to work closely with FSU Advancement to better integrate the College of Social Work’s alumni engagement strategy into the Alumni Association and FSU as a whole,” Molina explained, “There are so many opportunities to develop and create engaging student and alumni events, and I can’t wait to bring them to life at the College of Social Work!”
