Florida State University inducted a record-breaking 289 students into the Garnet & Gold Scholar Society this spring, and 36 of them were College of Communication & Information (CCI) students.
The Garnet & Gold Scholar Society is a prestigious designation undergraduate students can earn upon graduating. These students submit a synthesis reflection project before graduating in order to be inducted, reflecting on their experience in three of five engagement areas: international experience, internship, leadership, research, and service.
“The students who earn this recognition are an amazing representation of the University and the College. They have excelled in their involvement on campus and in the community, and have demonstrated leadership,” said CCI Associate Dean Ebe Randeree.
