Jennifer Barry, a second year Master’s student in the School of Communication Science and Disorders, was awarded a 2011 Graduate Student Scholarship from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Foundation recently. This $5,000 award is given to outstanding students in communication science and disorders and is a highly competitive, prestigious gift. Jennifer will receive her award on Friday, November 18 at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association Convention in San Diego during the ASHFoundation’s Founders Breakfast.
