Digital Marketing Specialist (Franchise Support) @ All County Property Management Franchise Corp

All County® Property Management is a national residential property management franchise. Our corporate marketing team supports local franchise owners with demand generation that drives owner leads and resident inquiries.

Role Overview
We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-location PPC and paid media programs for our franchise network. You’ll blend hands-on campaign management with data analysis and AI-assisted workflows to lower cost per lead and improve lead quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Local) across multiple franchise locations
  • Own keyword strategy, audience signals, ad copy, assets, and extensions; maintain shared asset libraries
  • Implement and validate conversion tracking in GA4 and Google Tag Manager, safeguard attribution quality
  • Analyze performance and deliver clear recommendations using Looker Studio (or equivalent dashboards)
  • Partner with SEO/content and operations to align paid programs with full-funnel lead generation
  • Run structured experiments (bids, creatives, landing pages) to lift conversion rate and ROAS
  • Leverage automation and AI (e.g., scripts, rules, PMax asset optimization, LLM- assisted ideation) to scale efficiently
  • Educate and consult with franchise owners on results, insights, and next steps

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of hands-on PPC experience (multi-location or franchise/local services preferred)
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
  • Working knowledge of Performance Max, audience strategies, and data-driven creative
  • Track record improving CPL/ROAS through testing and automation
  • Strong communicator able to explain data and recommendations to non- marketers

Nice to Have

  • Experience with call tracking (e.g., CallRail), CRM/lead routing, and offline conversion imports
  • CRO experience (A/B testing, form optimization, page speed, and UX basics)
  • Comfort with spreadsheets or basic SQL; familiarity with Ads scripts or APIs
