Department

The Florida Center for Research in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (FCR-STEM) is a multidisciplinary research center created by the Florida Legislature in 2007. Our mission is to help the State of Florida improve teaching and learning in K-12 science, technology, engineering and math and prepare students for higher education and STEM careers in the 21st century.Located at The Florida State University, FCR-STEM is jointly administered by the College of Arts & Sciences, the College of Education and the Learning Systems Institute.
Qualifications

  • Know Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, AfterEffects, and Audition.
  • Experience editing high-definition footage and handling tapeless workflow.
  • Must be able to efficiently and skillfully complete the A/V post-production process from start (ingesting/logging footage) to finish (delivering videos in various formats).
  • Experience with audiovisual recording and editing (production and post-production).
  • Must provide sample work.

Background Check Requirements
This position may require a background check.
Confidentiality Policy
This position requires compliance with University confidentiality policies.

Schedule
20 hours per week with varying schedule.

Other Information
The position will begin at part-time but may increase to full-time based on need.
