Department:  This position is within the IT Office for the Department of Athletics.
Qualifications:  A high school diploma.

Requirements: Student majoring in Computer Science or IT related field. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Preferred: Experience working in a help desk environment supporting both PCs and Macs.
Schedule: 20 hours per week.  Flexible schedule between 8 AM – 5 PM, Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
This position will help provide computer support to the end users at the Department of Athletics. This will involve diagnosing hardware and software problems remotely and in person. It will also involve setting up new computers and retiring old computers.
