Monsterhouse Marketing is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Communications Assistant Intern. The selected candidates will have the chance to participate in professional and local chamber events, learn about the intricacies of our agency, and collaborate on various projects throughout the internship period.

1. Event Attendance: Attend professional and local chamber events to represent Monsterhouse Marketing and network with industry professionals.
2. Networking: Build relationships with prospects, clients, and industry stakeholders during events to expand the agency’s reach and potential client base.
3. Assist with Campaigns: Support the marketing team in developing and executing advertising, PR, and media campaigns across multiple platforms.
4. Content Creation: Contribute to the creation of engaging content for social media, blog posts, press releases, and other marketing materials.
5. Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
6. Project Support: Assist in various projects within the agency, including client pitches, brainstorming sessions, and campaign planning meetings.
7. Learning and Development: Take part in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in marketing and communications.

– Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, or a related field.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.

– Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
– Prior experience in marketing, advertising, or communications is a plus but not required.
