Assistant Account Executive @ Momentum

Location: St. Louis, Missouri

We’d love to have you on our team! You will be joining one of the largest teams in the agency, and your role will be critical to the success of our office’s largest piece of business. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work across other offices and clients (as bandwidth allows) to ensure you get the most robust Momentum experience. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Provide general support (project and administrative) to USPS Retail Marketing Team
  • Assist with finances, timelines and overall job execution
  • Provides all relevant job information to team members in a timely manner
  • Manage internal status documents for daily and weekly check-ins
  • Will eventually be responsible for some client contact
  • Develop an understanding of clients’ business and competitive landscape
  • Learn internal processes such as job starts and estimates for project activities; work closely with Momentum Finance to coordinate
  • Manage recap reporting on various projects
  • All other duties as assigned
  • Supporting Momentum’s values by being an engaged employee of the team and agency culture

HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 1 year business experience or related marketing internships preferred
  • Previous agency experience highly preferred, but not required
  • College graduate, or in active pursuit of same
  • A passion for Account Management – you know this is the career for you!
  • Solid communication skills, open-mindedness and emotion intelligence to help ensure solid internal relationships
  • Self‐motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful – regularly delivering quality work
  • Motivated and willing to take on new challenges and eager to learn
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong computer skills – MS Office (including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
