Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing strategy for the recruitment of online and on-campus graduate students and acquire necessary approvals.
- Daily management of prepared fiscal-year plan for graduate marketing, including: Research and communication of marketing opportunities; expenditure requests according to approved budget; content creation, in coordination with the strategic communications manager, and requests for graphic design support; coordinate graphic design revision process and needed final approvals; execution of marketing pieces; monitor final marketing results and communicate results as needed, including management of digital analytics; and manage outside contracts, such as for Search Engine Marketing.
- Execute messaging of graduate programs through the college’s primary marketing channels, including email promotions of programs and recruitment events; social media campaigns and SEM; print/digital advertisements; printed materials including brochures for each program, posters, fliers as needed; web content for all graduate program pages; editorial content regarding graduate programs, including news releases; coordination of interview, content or information requests; and written advertorials.
- Manage and monitor web interest form responses – the primary vehicle for prospective students to express interest in our programs, problem-solving technical issues as they arise. Handle any special projects assigned by supervisor or dean.
- Maintain ongoing working skills/knowledge for the following applications: Salesforce; Slate; OBI reports for providing student data; SUS search system for acquiring student data; Facebook/Instagram; Google Analytics; Microsoft Office, including Excel spreadsheet lists, cleanup, sorting, etc.; Social media – Stay up to date on all digital platforms and their best use for marketing college’s programs.
