The Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of both our Clients’ marketing and advertising assets and content created to support the product and other marketing goals. From concept through execution, this candidate will support our Clients’ marketing & advertising initiatives by bringing brands to life and keeping consistency across all various touchpoints. Ideal candidate will bring a strong comprehension of designing for a wide range of mediums to also support a wide range of industries. retail and or consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands and products.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and work with creative/accounts team on the conception, implementation and optimization of our Clients’ brand image and brand/marketing strategies
• Create and design various assets for print and digital collateral including, but not limited to: logo/brand design, corporate identity, packaging, digital/web assets (email blasts, display ads, web-banners) social media assets, presentations, signage, blog collateral, infographics, brochures, newsletters, mock-ups for landing pages (then to be coded by web developer)

• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions; Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and high-attention to detail

• Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design with an advertising/marketing agency preferred • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the web
• Familiarity with Project Management tools, preferably Asana
• Adobe Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign
• Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent eye for detail
