Purpose of Position-

 

The IT Service Desk Analyst is responsible for providing Dunkin’ Brands employees support for all technology needs which includes, but is not limited to: hardware, software, mobile devices, networking, enabling new technologies, prompt issue identification and resolution.

 

This role requires a candidate with polished technical and communication skills, professionalism and relationship management are

 

What You’ll Be Working On-

  • Provide technical support to Dunkin’ Brands employees via phone, remote screen-share, and in person while adhering to company standards and guidelines
  • Remotely support employees that are based on site, traveling, home office, and International
  • Thoroughly document support activities in ticketing system. Keep track of ongoing issues and provide effective solutions
  • Create Knowledge base articles for unique solutions to new technical challenges that arise
  • Maintain computers and mobile devices with updates to ensure usability and security
  • Identify and diagnose any issues that arise and offer effective solutions. Follow through to resolution
  • Represent the IT department with the highest level of professionalism and customer service

What You’ll Need-

  • Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years minimum experience working in a corporate IT support role
  • 3 years minimum experience supporting Microsoft Operating systems. Windows 10 experience is required
  • Expert knowledge in supporting computer/laptop hardware and peripherals
  • Expert knowledge in supporting mobile devices and iOS
  • Experience managing user accounts in a Windows Active Directory environment
  • Expert knowledge in end user software such as Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, Antivirus, Hard Disk Encryption, VPN Connectivity, and computer imaging
  • Experience with multi-factor authentication
  • Mac OS experience preferred but not required
  • Creston audio/video system experience preferred
