Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support for Windows and Apple devices in person and remotely
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Perform peripherals installation and troubleshooting
- Install software and troubleshoot any related issues
- Communicate with users over the phone, email, in person, and remotely to resolve their technical issues and advise on the effective and efficient application of different technologies
- Assist in inventory of all technical equipment and software licensing
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent and one year experience in IT
- Self-motivated, able to work within a project-based environment
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with an ability to meet deadlines
- Being able to work individually with minimal supervision
- Working successfully in a team-oriented environment
- Effective communication skills with users of diverse technical backgrounds and skill levels
- Need to be reliable and punctual
Preferred
Experience in:
- Following documentation of IT processes and functions
- Computer setup, installation, and upgrades
- Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Customer service
