The Marketing Technology Coordinator reports to the Marketing Technology Manager and supports the activities of the marketing team and other departments across the company.

The Marketing Technology Coordinator develops and executes marketing campaigns utilizing Marketo,, and other technology tools. The Marketing Technology Coordinator is responsible for executing campaigns developed by the Marketing Campaign Managers. These campaigns are typically digital, email based, supported by landing pages and other digital assets including social media. In addition, the Marketing Technology Coordinator also develops lead tracking systems for use in offline activities and event marketing.


Continually build and improve the customer and prospect database with Identify data gaps and quality issues requiring attention. Identify means to capture and correct the data issues.

Coordinate with Sales and other internal departments to encourage the capture and quality improvement of the database.

Regularly report on database improvements and other database metric.

Campaign Execution:

Utilize Marketo automation platform to create and execute campaign.

Work with Campaign managers to receive and modify campaign assets. Knowledge of HTML a plus.

Create test campaigns and work with Campaign Manager for approval before sending

Utilize other in house tools to conduct online surveys, post social media content, and modify/load website content.

Communicate campaign progress and results to all relevant internal stakeholders

Tracking and Analysis

Utilize Marketo and relevant reports to analyze campaign metrics.

Identify the necessary program adjustments and recommendations to continually improve performance and campaign process.

Analyze audience segmentation and response metrics for different personas and product audiences.

Analyze messaging frequency and message content for different audiences.

1-2 years marketing technology experience
HTML experience a plus
Strong Excel skills
Demonstrated project management and organizational skills.
