The Campaign Marketing Manager reports to the Director of Marketing and works with functional leaders across the company to design marketing activities that promote the company’s products and services.

The Campaign Marketing Manager will design and execute demand and lead generation campaigns for an industry leading B2B technology company. The Marketing Campaign is responsible for developing marketing campaign plans for a specific set of company products and services. These plans will be based on audience segmentation, insights research, competitive positioning, and sales support resources. While these campaigns exist largely in digital channels the position will also develop campaigns that are offline and in-person.

Job Responsibilities:


Coordinate with product management, product marketing, and sales staff to identify the product features, advantages, and benefits to communicate to appropriate audience segments.

Utilize personas and other market research to identify relevant messaging and strategies.

Develop a campaign plan with calendar of activities, messaging themes, and design approach, to generate leadgen and sales goals.

Analyze target goals and budget levels to develop appropriate short term and long term campaign metrics.


Project manage each campaign and insure on-time and on-budget production of each campaign.

Write draft copy and develop design ideas that will generate response. Work with internal and external graphic design resources to promptly develop campaign creative assets.

Utilize Marketo automation platform to input and track campaigns.

Work closely with internal and external graphic designers to insure all creative / production elements associated with campaign are developed on-time and on-budget. These items may be digital assets or offline materials.

Communicate campaign progress and results to all relevant internal stakeholders

Understand the dynamics and intersection of campaign marketing with brand, SEO, social media, and in-person events.

Tracking and Analysis:

Review campaign metrics and identify the necessary program adjustments and recommendations to continually improve performance and campaign process.

Analyze audience segmentation and response metrics for different personas and product audiences.

Understand ideal messaging frequency and message content for different audiences.


Create and monitor campaign budgets as well as track ongoing spend vs. budget for all campaign activities.

Understand and follow all internal purchasing, payment, and reimbursement procedures.

Required Skills

2-5 years campaign marketing experience in B2B environment
Demonstrated strong project management and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects in different stages of development
Experience developing and managing campaign budgets
Strong communication and leadership skills
Marketo experience a plus
HTML experience a plus
Ability to travel up to 20%
