Responsibilities
Develop, edit and update the college’s website, including the websites for its centers and institutes, on a Drupal platform. Also responsible for developing and managing website forms to ensure they are functioning properly. Perform technical audits and site analysis regularly (error pages, broken links, etc). Ensure the website functions well and works seamlessly on mobile platforms. Provide monthly analytical reports on the college’s webpages. Serve as the liaison with appropriate IT people in the college and the university on issues regarding the website and website hosting and communicate to supervisor. Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices for websites. Work with marketing team on Google AdWord campaigns and other digital campaigns including providing analytical reports.
Manage, update and schedule content on the college’s five digital signs. Ensure weekly signage is properly functioning and resolve any issues. Serve as main contact for digital signage.
Serve as a back up to the college’s calendar.
Handle any special projects as requested.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and two years’ experience, or a combination of post high school education and experience equal to six years.
Experience with web design and development.
Experience with current media technology and trends.
Experience with graphic techniques and art in a digital format.

Preferred
Experience with Drupal and current SEO practices.
Pay Plan
This is an A&P (Administrative and Professional) position.
Criminal Background Check
This position requires successful completion of a criminal history background check. The background check will be conducted as authorized and in accordance with University Policy 4-OP-C-7-B11.
