PART-TIME LIBRARIAN

General Duties

Evening management responsibilities (opening and closing). Provides full range of reference and information services (traditional and automated). Circulation and computer related tasks. Oversee ILL services. May provide evening orientation classes, bibliographic instruction, and database instruction in the library. Compiles consideration list for collection development and ordering.

Minimum Qualifications

Master’s Degree from an ALA accredited institution.

Preferred qualifications

In addition to the minimum qualifications, two years of previous working experience as a librarian. Prior working experience in a technical college library.
