We are currently seeking a full-time OPS Learning Management System Associate to help us provide excellent, responsive support to our students, faculty, and staff. In this role, you will assist our LMS Specialist with a variety of day-to-day and semester-to-semester support tasks for the special instance of Canvas used at the College of Engineering. The role also includes assisting with other computing/classroom support needs on an occasional basis, as well as helping with occasional unit projects and activities.
The major qualifications for this position are a general familiarity with Canvas (from a student or instructor perspective) and good general computer use skills, along with real experience in and a STRONG commitment to providing excellent customer service. Additional technical background is definitely helpful, good problem-solving skills are useful, and excellent writing skills are a plus.
