Responsibilities
Primary responsibility is greeting customers and providing first-level user support at the CMS Response Center. Will also assist other staff with routine computer and classroom support activities.

Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system and Microsoft Office suite.
Some awareness of basic UNIX commands.
Experience with audio and video equipment.

We will be hiring up to 2 people.

The position will be located at the FAMU-FSU College of Engineering.

Anticipated Salary Range
$8.05/hr

Schedule
MUST be able to work Monday and Wednesday mornings, 8:00am (or 8:30am) to 10:30am. Additional hours may be scheduled on Tuesday and Thursday mornings or afternoon, and possibly midday on Friday. Total of 10 hours per week (with an occasional opportunity for up to 12 hours). Job is for the Spring 2015 semester only.
