The SEE Alliance is building an unstoppable movement of young Floridians to fight back, and we’re looking for a Digital Director to build youth power all across the state.

As the Digital Director, you will play a crucial role in helping us with our mission of statewide and regional campaigns to build power for young people by mixing the power of online organizing and the spirit of traditional activation. This entails working with the Executive Director and Head of Staff, serving as the mastermind behind our organization’s digital strategy and social media presence. Your main mission will be to create a buzz, spark conversations, and make our brand shine across the digital landscape. At SEE, we believe online organizing can lead to offline activation, and you’ll be a crucial part of this.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Oversee day-to-day workflow of email and social media programs, including Instagram, Twitter, and Tiktok.
• Manage creator relationships on behalf of SEE.
• Help manage and execute paid and organic content creation on all social platforms and on our website.
• Ensure quality and consistency of SEE identity across all channels.
• Pitch and execute innovative strategies for utilizing digital tools to mobilize and protect the vote.

Eligibility: At least one cycle of digital experience. Demonstrated fluency in multiple social media platforms.

• Passion for youth organizing and a belief in the power of youth to radically change the political landscape
• Ability to meet multiple and competing deadlines and prioritize tasks is essential
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication skills;
• Discretion and professional approach to sensitive information
• Commitment to racial, gender and economic justice and their intersections, both inside and outside organizations.
• Ability, interest, and willingness to travel within Florida up to 50% of the time

Compensation and Benefits

Location: Remote, but must be based in Florida

Reports to: Executive Director

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000, dependent on experience.

SEE Alliance offers paid holidays and vacation, a health insurance stipend, a mental health reimbursement, cell phone reimbursement, and flexible work schedule.

This job operates in a remote and flexible environment and is largely sedentary. Candidates should expect heavier workloads in conjunction with deadlines events.

This is a full-time, exempt position.
