Position Details

Win the Era PAC, led by Pete Buttigieg, is working to support leaders who believe in bold solutions and structural transformations to help us build a better, more inclusive future.

We are looking for a digital producer to help grow and execute our digital program. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits, and the role can be performed remotely.

What you’ll do

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Writing, editing, and proof-reading quality written content

Creating design/simple video assets, including social graphics and captioning video

Owning email production and QA processes

Maintaining reports and managing data-driven optimizations for email program and social media platforms

Drafting all copy and maintaining website updates through the CMS

Building landing pages, donation pages, and associated content

Coordinating with partners on live streams and Zoom conversations

What you might bring

Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

An expertise in CRM tools (NGP suite, Mobile Commons, BSD tools)

An ability to manage multiple projects and work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Experience with design tools including Photoshop and Premiere

Comfort working with and organizing large data sets

Superb problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills and a record of putting them to use

A cycle or two of experience on political campaigns across any department

A passion for electing Democratic candidates up and down the ticket

Belief in Pete’s vision of inclusion and building an America where everyone belongs
