We are excited to announce a new position has been created within Undergraduate Studies – Business Analyst (Job ID: 53446) – which will support the management of advising and student success technologies utilized for retention and graduation initiatives, including collaboration with vendors and other units across campus to meet the needs of site-specific programs and services.

• Coordinates with student advising systems leadership team and ITS on overall systems administration, daily operations, user support, and process change management.
• Responsible for analyzing, identifying, and implementing the most effective configurations and workflow functions to support various academic advising systems available to multiple user types across campus.
• Coordinates the process for academic units to maintain an accurate roster of advisors in all advising systems supported by the Division.
• Produces stakeholder reports on systems usage and outcomes.
• Conducts research and testing as appropriate for data projects or initiatives within the assigned section.
